Is validation rule v5510_m correct?

We got following error"ERROR : v5510_m: [F 18.00.b] (F 18.00.b, r221, c130) = (F 04.07, r120, c021) + (F 04.08, r120, c030) + sum((F 04.10, r060, (c090))) (1 error(s))" when uploading the finrep solo at our national bank. We believe that this validation rule is not correct. Reason: [F 18.00.b] (F 18.00.b, r221, c130), Accumulated impairment, accumulated negative changes in fair value due to credit risk and provisions of Loans and Advances Sum((F 04.10, r060, (c090)), Accumulated impairment, accumulated negative changes in fair value due to credit risk and provisions of debt instruments.

Validation rule v5510_m relates to loans and advances; consequently, all the references in all templates should be to loans and advances (currently there is a reference to debt securities in table F 04.10).
Therefore, this validation rule will be amended to refer to loans and advances in table F 04.10 instead of debt securities.
