What's new FINREP 4.2.1 → 4.4

A release is the EBA package of templates and rules. A variant is an alternative set of templates inside a release (IFRS 18 replaces some IAS 1 templates). Annex V editions are versions of the instruction text.

Article 10 Amendments to Regulation (EEC) No 3924/91

Regulation (EEC) No 3924/91 is hereby amended as follows:

(1)

‘NACE Rev. 1’ shall be replaced by ‘NACE Rev. 2’ throughout the text.

(2)

Article 2(1) shall be replaced by the following:

The field covered by the survey referred to in Article 1 shall be that of the activities in sections B and C of the classification of economic activities in the European Community (NACE Rev. 2).’.
