Annex V text editions

What's new FINREP 4.2.1 → 4.4

A release is the EBA package of templates and rules. A variant is an alternative set of templates inside a release (IFRS 18 replaces some IAS 1 templates). Annex V editions are versions of the instruction text.

Article 433b Disclosures by small and non-complex institutions

Small and non-complex institutions shall disclose the information referred to in the following provisions on an annual basis:

1(a)

Article 435(1), points (a), (e) and (f);

1(b)

Article 438, points (c), (d) and (da);

1(c)

Article 442, points (c) and (d);

1(d)

the key metrics referred to in Article 447;

1(e)

Article 449a;

1(f)

Article 449b;

1(g)

Article 450(1), points (a) to (d), (h), (i) and (j).

By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, small and non-complex institutions that are non-listed institutions shall disclose the key metrics referred to in Article 447 and ESG risks referred to in Article 449a on an annual basis.
